#Assignment 4: PSA Poster. Empathy.

Positive Human Emotion

 

Idea: Healthy lifestyle and save the world.

Concept: The designer using the tagline, “You are not just burning your calories…” with the image of someone that riding a bicycle. But the designer portray the bicycle by using the two images of earth that represent the wheels of the bicycle.

Rationale: The concept that the designer using in this poster are suitable to make people interested with this PSA poster. The tagline that are using in this poster encourages people to ride a bicycle because of the other benefits that comes together if they make it into their life. Besides that, this PSA poster have its positive human emotion to the people. Being healthy and at the same time save the world from pollution.

 

Negative Human Emotion

 

Idea: A teenager girl who are depressed with a hand punching her head.

Concept: The designer using black and white color to this poster that brings negative emotion about the poster. The tagline that are using have a big impact to those who experience this situation or people who involves in cyber-bullying activities and gives awareness towards the audiences.

Rationale: When people see this PSA poster, they will recognized its awareness messages that are dangerous if they are not using it in ideal contexts. People will notice that teenagers are the victims of this kind of bullying activities when see this poster. Then, they will be more careful because cyber-bullying gives negative effects in their life.

#Assignment 3- Local TV Commercial

Idea: Riding with excitement.

Concept: A man riding motorcycle through series of corners with ease. This shows the rider confidence and it’s excitement when riding this motorcycle.

Rationale: People will look more confidence when they using this motorcycle. This advertisement shows that a man who riding this motorcycle can look more charismatic and elegant.

#Assignment 3- International TV Commercial

Idea: Speed of the new car.

Concept: A group of researcher setting cameras along the road to snap a Peugeot car while it pass to every camera. But the camera failed to snap picture the whole body of the car. it shows that the car is in high speed and makes the camera failed to catch it even though the camera was set up along the way.

Rationale: New RCZ from Peugeot reduce the anxiety about the speed of the car. This advertisement persuade and convinced the audiences about the speed of the car when thet drive it.

#Assignment Idol/Inspiration

Not every single person knows who is Ludwig Van Beethoven because he has been dead for more than a hundred years.

 

Ludwig Van Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany. His dad and grandpa were both musicians who passed along with their talent. Beethoven gave his first appearance when he was eight by playing piano. He had his first piece of music published by the time he was 12 years old. That is amazing right?

Beethoven was auditioned as a composition student for Mozart when he took off for Vienna at 17 years old. His trip was cut short because he found his mother was dying. After five years, he went back to Vienna and earned a name for himself as a pianist until he become famous. Beethoven dedicated his music to his supporter.

Something bad happened to him when he was 28 years old. He noticed that his hearing was going deaf. Because of this, he felt very upset and he thought that it is end of his life.  As his hearing become worse, Beethoven went into seclusion from both the public and his friends. The worst part is he was left completely deaf.

I’m impressed with him is that he didn’t stop from writing music even life wasn’t easy for him. He was seriously ill. After he moved more than 52 times during his final years, his death awaits. When he died at the age of 56, almost 30,000 people attended his funeral. Unlike some other composers at that time, Beethoven enjoyed recognition prior to his death.

He inspired me a lot because of his talent and his spirit to the music. From the child he got talent on music and until his death, the music and he becomes one. Even though he got completely deaf but he is not giving up on music. His classical tunes gave me goose bumps. I’m really attracted to his symphonies and I’m inspired he a lot when I start to know him.

And this is part of his composition on music, Sonata No. 4 in a Minor.

 

Deadline

Dateline? Or DEADLINE? People always said that they need to settle down their work before the dateline. Is it true? Or they settle their work because of the DEADLINE?

Actually, people are chasing by their work. So, it’s not call as a dateline but deadline. Deadline is one of the motivations to make people finish up their work.

Picture above shows that, if the deadline coming to people like grim reaper going to take your life, of course every work will be completed and no such procrastinating will be done.

Peoples are practicing deadline, NOT dateline.

Creative!

Everybody can be creative on their own ways. Either it can be accepted or not.

 

 

#Assignment 1

Advertising is crucial. Its just like you waste your time doing business without advertising, a transport that transmit your message about your business. Great advertising gives big impact towards customer whereas they can remember and recall about your product and make an action. Without an advertising, it’s useless. Nobody know your products or services except you.
